Total Cycling Performance, the top training company for cyclists and triathletes in the Twin Cities, is launching their women's only Boot Camp on a Bike™ at PENN Cycle in Woodbury on January 2nd. Classes will be led by Woodbury's Angie Schmidt and South St. Paul's Kelli Swenson. "We are so excited to have a fun group of women get together and kick butt throughout the winter so we are beach and race-ready by spring," Swenson says.
Classes will be held every Wednesday and consist of 1 hour of cycle training with an additional 20 - 30 minutes of core and strength exercises, all geared towards and designed for women. "Expanding from our Thursday night class into an all-woman Wednesday night group is so exciting for us," Total Cycling Performance founder Bob McEnaney said. "These women have really taken initiative and we have developed an especially exciting program. It's like a combined spin and boot camp class, and is great for ANY experience level! The great thing about indoor training is that everyone starts and ends and the same time, and each person can go at their own pace if they are just beginning training."
