Writing Your Own Will

Who would raise your children if you died? Who would inherit your property? Without a will, the laws of Minnesota and a judge decide. Whether you are married, single or divorced, a will can ensure that your wishes are carried out. Prepare a complete legal will during class. Receive instructions, a professionally prepared document, and a notary public – everything you need. The will is for individual use, designed for those with an estate of less than $700,000 (including life insurance) who do not own a business. Couples must register individually. The list of what to consider before class and what to bring to class is on our website at www.cecool.com under Adult Enrichment. Call 651-458-6607 if you need one mailed.
