Local Country Singer Darlene Nelson Appearing On National Nashville Show

Darlene Nelson of the country music band "Darlene And The Boys" to appear on RFD TV Network's "The Shotgun Red Variety Show" for the first time nationally, Thursday, July 11th.

The show airs on DISH NETWORK channel 231; DIRECT TV channel 345 and other cable systems.

The show was taped at the legendary Texas Troubadour Theater on Music valley Drive in Nashville, Tennessee.

Darlene was chosen from over 2,500 entries from a song that was submitted by her husband Recording Engineer and Producer Ken Nelson of Nelson Recording Studio.


You can see Darlene And The Boys as they will be returning to the Minnesota State Fair Saturday, August 31 with shows at: 10 AM, noon, 2 PM, and 4 PM all at the DNR Stage.
