MNsure Sign-Up

Time is running out to get insured during the open-enrollment period. Come to our MNsure sign-up evening at the Woodbury Library on March 20th. Get assistance with registering for you or your families health insurance by certified MNsure navigators.

This is a free event but appointments are necessary. Please call Julia Johnson at 612.821.2821 or email at intern2@southsidechs.org to set yours up.

Before attending the event please gather and bring with you the following:
·         SSN (social security number)
·         DOB (date of birth)
·         waiver status 
·         EE status (employee, dependent, spouse, or domestic partner) 
·         e-mail address
