Pilates "101" Fitness Workshop - For Men and Women ages 13 to 99

Energy Pilates & Fitness has monthly fitness workshops.  This Saturday's workshop is for everyone!  You will be surprised to learn about your core.  Core is such a fitness buzzword, that it can be misunderstood.  Learn where it is, why you need to learn about core strength and how to strengthen it via the Pilates method.

Pilates was developed over 80 years ago and has been now taught in health, fitness and rehabilitation facilities!  In this 1.50 hour workshop & class, learn what is Pilates and learn the correct technique.  Pilates is the perfect exercise for all!  Yes, men, women, teens, dancers &
athletes.
