Pilates Reformer Training

If you haven't heard of Pilates Reformer conditioning, then you need to try it out. No matter your gender, age or athletic ability, these training sessions are right for you! Pilates Reformer training programs are one of the best types of exercise available in the fitness field. Starting by strengthening your core, this training is designed to enhance how your body looks, feels and performs.

Register for a private or group reformer (2 or 3) class starting the DAY WE OPEN in our new studio: Monday, January 27 and receive complimentary childcare during your reformer classes (January and February!)

Mondays: Jennifer (9:30am & 10:30am)
Mondays: Debra (6:30pm)
Tuesdays: Wayne (9:30am & 10:30am)
Wednesdays: Wayne (9:30am & 10:30am)
Thursdays: Wayne (9:30am)
