Community Corner

Pony Community Activity Center (OLJH)

As a part of our school district's Bridge to Excellence five-year strategic plan, we are working to make our district facilities more available to our local residents. This fall and winter we have partnered with the PowerUp initiative to set aside weekly opportunities for members of our community to come out and be active in a variety of ways.

Oak-Land Junior High School (OLJH) will be open on select Thursday nights, come for Family Swim in the pool, get your heart pumping on the indoor hall walking route, or visit our new weight room and use the fitness equipment.

Best of all - it's FREE!* Just register here in advance online so that we know how many people to expect. (Registration will be available at the door, however a nominal fee will be charged and entry to some activities will be on a space-available basis.) Check out the schedule of offerings and locations.
