A Musical within
a Comedy

“The Drowsy Chaperone – A Musical within a Comedy,”

presented by Woodbury Community Theatre, will open on Friday, March 21 and run
through Sunday, March 30. The Drowsy Chaperone enjoyed a long run on Broadway
and here at the Ordway Theater, and won

Tony Awards for Best Book and Best Score in 2006. The story is a parody of

musical comedy of the 1920s and features hysterical scenes performed by actors
from across the Twin Cities, a live orchestra, and life-sized set pieces that
will wow the audience. Fight the winter blahs with this award-winning comedy
and musical theater at its best.
