The Minnesota State Fair, cooler nights, shorter days... What do all these things mean? Fall is upon us! What comes with the fall season? Back to school!

Your daily routine is about to change and you better be ready for it! Here are some ways to help you get into a healthy fitness routine with your new school schedule.

  • Brown bag lunches aren’t just for the kids. Preparing your meals ahead of time ensure that you’re setting yourself up for nutritional success.
  • Make the most out of your busy days. Kids at school? In school yourself? Prioritize homework and workouts to make the most out of your schedule.
  • Create and FOLLOW a schedule. Make sure to schedule in “me time”… that could be preparing your weekly meals, taking a long walk with the dog, taking a hot bubble bath, or hitting up the gym for your favorite group fitness class. Even better, schedule a weekly or monthly workout with your Personal Trainer to keep your fitness routine on track!

Let me know what your best back to school habits are to keep you on track. And remember, I’m here for YOU, so please share questions and comments below!
