In association with National Make a Difference Day, Community Thread’s “Rake a Difference Day “ is a volunteer opportunity benefiting seniors and people with disabilities in Washington County.  Put together a group from your office, church, friends, or family, or register as an individual to help rake the lawn of a community member!Register by October 12th to get involved.
