Postal Credit Union (PCU) will host a free home buyers seminar from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at its Woodbury office, located at 8499 Tamarack Road. The public is invited to attend but pre-registration is required.
Attendees will learn about current market conditions and ways to develop a plan to reach their home buying goals. PCU's home loan specialists will be on hand to answer questions about purchasing a home and the various financing options available. Attendees will receive $250 off closing costs when they finance and close their purchase transaction with PCU Mortgage and PCU Title; transactions must close on or before July 31, 2012.
