In fact, the Durham Executive Group (RE/MAX Results) closed on another home in Woodbury this week that was on the market for only 57 days before an offer was accepted, and closed within 30 days. Keep in mind that this home was listed during the holidays, what many consider to be a slow real estate season.
This home, 3520 Jessie Ct., is a beautiful, 2 story home on a cul-de-sac near Red Rock Elementary. It sold for $320,000 with multiple offers on the table.
