Marsh Creek Home Values Continue to Rise

The market has changed in Woodbury and homes are selling faster. Marsh Creek homes are selling, on average, in 50 days! John and Becky Durham tell you all about it!

Marsh Creek, one of Woodbury’s most desirable neighborhoods, continues to perform well as far as sales prices are concerned.

The average sales price for homes in Marsh Creek have increased over 8% in the past 2 years (see graph).
