Lot Inventory in Woodbury - August 2013 Report

New home construction in Woodbury is bouncing back! The city of Woodbury just released the latest Lot Inventory Report.

There are 426 single family home lots available in Woodbury. Over 150 of these lots are in the Dancing Waters development, and nearly 100 are in Stonemill Farms. 49 lots are available in the new Bailey Lake development located at Bailey Rd. and Pioneer just east of East Ridge High School. More lots will become available near East Ridge in the next year as new neighborhoods are developed.
