Community Update

Brought my wedding band in for resizing, and replacement of a lost stone. Requested that the repairer ensure I would not lose anymore diamonds. Less than a week after picking ring up, lost a stone. Returned to store and was informed "they never touched THAT stone" So much for 6 month "Guaranty"
I should have looked them up on Ripoff report, Kay& Jared are one and the same. Steer clear of both!!!
