ERAA Track & Field AAU National Qualifier Day 2 Results

So here is the update from the finals of the AAU Regional Junior Track and Field meet. Five athletes, four qualifiers is the long and short of it. It was a day full of personal bests at Simpson College in 100 degree weather in Indianoala, IA. 

Jonathan Webb did not move on in his events but in the 100m final Ellie Bedingham captured gold after a grueling day one. The Kilibarda boys, Aiden and Ryan, then saddled up for the 800m after setting personal bests in the 400 the day prior.

These boys were not to be denied. Aiden improved his personal best time in the 800m by over 2 seconds, from 2:40 to 2:38 beating his nearest challenger by 6 seconds. He took Gold. Ryan was not far behind improving his personal best by 8 seconds, from 3:00 to 2:52 to grab silver.

Finally the 200m, Ellie Bedingham took gold again by a narrow margin of .01sec improving her personal best from 27.09 to 26.86sec.
