Woodbury Housing Inventory at 8-Year Low!

After peaking at 337 homes in the last week of January we have trickled down while the pending number has grown by over 50 properties!

At this point in the spring, we are usually gaining inventory that will continue to sell off into the summer months.

Not in 2012. After peaking at 337 homes in the last week of January we have trickled down while the pending number has grown by over 50 properties! In my Keller Williams office we are averaging over 2 showings per week per listing for the 2nd time in more than 5 years! (The first time was the last week of January 2012)

These are some of the key statistics and trends I track on a weekly/daily basis. Now I must admit, there is no way of predicting the future and we all aspire to be the one who holds the crystal ball of real estate information. And of course the disclaimer your financial adviser always shares, "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."
