Existing home values will continue to build as construction is not able to keep up with demand.

Inventory on the decline only means two things... our market is improving or we did not build enough homes over the last few years.

In this case it means both!

Existing home values will continue to build as construction is not able to keep up with demand. I also challenge you to find a builder in Woodbury working the starter home market of below $300,000.

They can't do it with land costs and many buyers who would have been looking at townhomes in the early 2000's can afford a $250,000 or $275,000 price since rates are so low! Give us a call to see where your home value is at!

• New listings in Woodbury continue with 47 homes hitting the market

• Pending properties increase another 8% with 200 homes

• Overall inventory is up 2% with 283 homes for sale

When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of March 2013: 

• Median Sales Price is up 11.4% to $245,000

• Days on Market is down to 94 days on market

• Percent of original list price received went up to 95.7%

• Months supply of inventory in Woodbury is down to 3.4 months *SELLERS MARKET*
