I congratulate the 34 owners who decided to take advantage of the sellers market but I am somewhat saddened to see our active inventory drop 4% in the last week.
Come on Woodbury, Parade Of Homes kicked off on Saturday with record traffic levels combined with the Minneapolis home and patio show we are in peak season here.

• New listings continue with 34 homes hitting the market
• Pending properties jumps 4% with 133 homes
• Overall inventory is DOWN 4% with 254 homes for sale, 63 have accepted offers!
This makes our actual inventory 192 homes... less than anytime in the last 12 years!
When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of February 2013:
• Median Sales Price is up 8.6% to $242,000
• Days on Market is down to 95 days on market
• Percent of original list price received went up to 95.4%
• Months supply of inventory is down to 3.5 months *SELLERS MARKET*
