Boom, last week of September we sell more homes than are listed for sale in Woodbury! In fact we're at a 93% list to pending ratio since the first week of August and with a quick drop in interest rates last week it's likely to continue into October. New home builders are bullish and so are investors, but who can blame them with these numbers. I know winters right around the corner but if you act quick we could get you in that new home by Christmas... Just sayin'
