It appears some agents were out selling homes while many of us celebrated Woodbury Days this weekend! I love to see the pendings number still up around 30 units per week this time of year. • New listings in Woodbury continue with 33 homes hitting the market
• Pending properties add 29 sales, we now have 200 pending homes
• Overall stays at 323 homes for sale… 63 have offers already!
When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of July 2013:
• Median Sales Price is up 10.5% to $256,000
• Days on Market is down to 79 days on market
• Percent of original list price received went up to 96.9%
• Months supply of inventory in Woodbury is down to 3 months *NOTE : SELLERS MARKET*
