I'm amazed by how early in 2014 we kicked off the spring market and have optimistic expectations for the Real Estate Market this year. The number of Woodbury Homes For Sale remains quite low while buyer traffic is up around 30% compared to previous years. To give some perspective I'll use 2007. Seven years ago the median sale price for Woodbury was about the same at $270,000.
