It's quite rare that inventory goes down the week before the Super Bowl… we have seen quite a few changes over the last 2 years! In fact, the Median Sale Price of Woodbury homes just surpassed $270,000… a number we have not seen since late 2007! If you have a town home consider selling it this year and if you have a older single family home get ready to do some upgrades because new construction will be very strong competition and the builder are not pulling any punches. I have now seen all the major builders plans and expectations in Woodbury for 2014. While I'm impressed by their offerings it surprises me how much prices are going up due to the land costs. New construction rose about 18% in 2013 and we'll see double digits again this year I'm sure.
