Only 4 closings last week but it's no surprise for the first week of a new month, in the new year. Listing inventory grew slightly however the level of homes in the ground and available remain quite low. Our MLS tracks the number of homes currently under contract pending an inspection as well as builder models or (to be builts / spec homes)… meaning they don't even exist yet!
The ACTUAL number of homes you could buy today in Woodbury is not 248… because when you subtract contracts (41) builder specs etc. (63) you wind up with only 144 active and available to move into today.
