Woodbury Real Estate Roundup for March 31st, 2014

Now that's more like it… after 3 weeks over 150 new listings hit the market in Woodbury! And buyers are eating it up! Only 17 more homes for sale now than when we started the month of March. I expect great things going into April and hope you will consider the move while rates are low and affordability is great.

Did you know that a 1% increase in your mortgage rate can compare to a 10% decrease in affordability.. You would go from about $330,000 down to $300,000. In Woodbury it would price you out of new construction and that's something I specialize in. I know all the builders and what their incentives are… even some "back room" deals they are throwing in. Let me know how I can help.

Affordability is key, more house for less money.. how could you go wrong?
