We saw listings climb this week but still well below the average for the whole year of 2012. Homes in the starter range and town homes continue to see multiple offers while move up and executive homes sell at a good clip. I'd love to have a nice 3 or 4 br in the high $200's or low $300's right now for sale... I would have several offers for you!
The stats for the Woodbury Real Estate Market in the previous week
• New listings in Woodbury continue with 61 homes hitting the market
• Pending properties add 36 sales, we now have 216 pending homes
• Overall inventory offers 339 homes for sale
When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of June 2013:
• Median Sales Price is up 9.8% to $254,900
• Days on Market is down to 83 days on market
• Percent of original list price received went up to 96.6%
• Months supply of inventory in Woodbury is down to 3.2 months *SELLERS MARKET*
