COMING SOON - Woodbury Preschool Fair

The first ever WOODBURY PRESCHOOL FAIR is just around the corner. It's a one-stop shop for you to learn about area preschool programs.

Families looking for information on area preschool programs will find that and more at the first ever Woodbury Preschool Fair.  On January 10, 2014, representatives from over 20 area preschool programs will gather to answer questions at Rad Boot Camp in Tamarack Hills shopping center from 6 – 9 p.m. The fair is sponsored and organized by the Woodbury MOMS Club® - South as a service to the community.  “Our goal is to help parents get information from a variety of schools in an efficient manner,” says the planning committee.  “We view it as a ‘one-stop shop’ for parents looking for preschool options for their children.”

The idea for the fair came from MOMS Club® members who couldn’t find a directory of preschool programs in the area.  They set out to make a list of programs and found a bigger opportunity to serve families.  “It will be a great place to start or narrow your search,” says the committee. “You can even schedule on-site visits to help you confirm your final decision.”

The fair couldn’t come at a better time.  Many programs are already enrolling students for this coming fall, however the committee believes it’s an important decision that shouldn’t be rushed: “A preschool can be a great foundation of education, and schools with strong curriculum can strengthen your child’s skills in preparation for kindergarten.”
