Survived by loving husband of 59 years, Donald, son Steve Christiansen, daughter Sherri (Mike) McNeil, and two grandchildren Zachary and Samantha McNeil.
Funeral service 11:30 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home (6000 Brooklyn Blvd.) in Brooklyn Center. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
