Communication is a necessity in any job. Any issue can be resolved through effective communication. This is especially true within our state Senate.
We need senators that can work together to get the job done in a timely and cost-effective manner. We need senators that can put aside differences in order to do what is best for the community.
Susan Kent is this leader.
She listens to those around her and then works hard to make their problems heard. I have worked with her on a volunteer board where she was called on to unite a divided group. She had to help each side understand and respect the views of the other. We are not going to agree with each other all the time—that is life.
Susan Kent is able to bring two opposing sides together to work toward the good of the whole community. She listens and she leads. This is what we need in the Senate.
Susan Kent will be an asset to the state Senate and she will work for all of us.
