Authorities Deport Massage Parlor Owner Accused of Fondling Woodbury Woman

Land of Pharaohs owner Amir Abd El Malak, 36, of Stillwater, was deported after a jury convicted him of two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in the non-consensual fondling of female customers.

A Stillwater massage therapist was sentenced to 10 years of probation after a jury found him guilty of fondling female customers.

Following the sentencing, Land of Pharaohs owner Amir Abd El Malak, 36, was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and deported to Egypt, Washington County Attorney Pete Orput said.

One of the women who accused Malak of fondling them is from Woodbury.

Malak was convicted of two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct earlier this year in the non-consensual fondling of female customers at his massage parlor located at 1940 Greeley St. in Stillwater. He was acquitted of two other counts.

Washington County Judge Ellen Maas sentenced Malak to serve 60 days in jail, which was stayed for 10 years of probation. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, have no contact with victims, submit to a DNA analysis, remain law abiding and register as a sexual predator.
