He left his credit card and left the establishment, and his card was declined.

A Wild Bill’s manager found the man nearby at Sunsets and asked him to come back and settle his tab.

He went back to Wild Bill’s and became disorderly, yelling and swearing at staff and trying to flee when his card was declined again.

He jumped over a partition to run away, but staff tracked him down and held him to the ground. He was yelling: “I’m rich, you’re poor. … I can do what I want.”

Management wanted him trespassed and did not pursue disorderly conduct or theft charges. He was transported to detox.
