Oakdale

Lake Elmo Bank in Oakdale was evacuated Wednesday morning after a man walked up to a drive-through window stating he had a bomb.

Jennifer Lynn Goldetsky, 43, is being charged with two counts of child endangerment and two counts of child neglect after allegedly locking three of her day care children in a backyard shed in February.

Nathan Robert Shepherd, 23, of Oakdale, appeared in Washington County District Court for possessing child pornography on his computer.

Ricky W. Mariano, 41, of Oakdale, was sentenced in federal court in St. Paul on July 25 for mail theft, bank fraud and identity theft.

Nicole Beecroft was found guilty in 2008 for stabbing her infant daughter to death, but the case is now going to a retrial. Beecroft argued that a different judge oversee the retrial of the murder of her infant daughter.

Anna Jean Goski, 26, of Oakdale, made her first appearance in Washington County District Court for a felony count of attempting to possess drugs by fraud.

The Oakdale Police Department is investigating a home burglary that occurred earlier this month. More than $1,200 worth of private property was stolen from the house.

Woodbury

The St. Paul woman has been charged with DWI and drug possession.

Joseph Paul Eberwine faces a felony insurance fraud charge after he allegedly collected money for a trailer that wasn’t actually stolen.

Police learned his family had recently moved to Woodbury from Arizona.

Stillwater

University of Minnesota Golden Gopher hockey player Erik Haula was cited for disorderly conduct last weekend after police reportedly saw him urinating on Water Street in downtown Stillwater after bar close.

The Washington County Attorney's Office amended a criminal complaint against Land of Pharaoh's owner, Amir Abd El Malak, to include two additional accusations of criminal sexual conduct for illicitly touching his customers.

Nicholas John DeRosier and James Jonathan Cody Hanson, both 18 of Stillwater, were each charged by the Washington County Attorney's Office with third-degree burglary as a result of an investigation into the recent rash of home break-ins.

The Stillwater Police Department's fourth annual "Night to Unite" event is set for Aug. 7. If you are interested in hosting a block party, police encourage you to register your event to ensure a visit by the Stillwater Police and Fire Departments.
