Brief: 'Nothing' Found as Woodbury Fire Crews Respond at Target

A computer shorted out and started smoking.

For those wondering what was happening at the Woodbury Target on Thursday afternoon, there isn't much to report.

A computer shorted out and started smoking, Woodbury Fire Cmdr. John Wallgren said, and an employee pushed open an emergency door and an alarm went off.

But when crews arrived, they discovered that "we've got nothing here," he said.

Woodbury Public Safety officials were leaving the scene at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, and an officer told Patch it was just a small electrical issue.

The incident did spark some conversation on the Woodbury Patch Facebook page.
