Oakdale Priest Accused of Molesting Boys Also Charged with Child Porn

Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 48, was charged this week with possessing child pornography. Wehmeyer was previously charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct in September.

Oakdale Priest Walks Free Under No Contact Order with Alleged Victims

Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 48, made his first appearance in Ramsey County District Court on Oct. 10 on criminal sexual conduct and child pornography possession charges. Wehmeyer left court with a no contact order.

A man has been charged after saying he was organizing a celebrity golf tournament for a charity.

Dustin Spencer Casey, of St. Paul, faces two felony charges.

Woodbury Firefighters Look to Support One of Their Own

The Woodbury Fire Department Alumni Association is taking donations on behalf of Tom Richardson, a retired firefighter whose home was destroyed in an Oct. 6 house fire.

Woodbury Firefighters School Students on Safety

As part of Fire Prevention Week, the department was at Bailey Elementary School.

Complaint: Man Accused of Having Sex with Goat at Stillwater's Axdahl Garden Farm

A dead goat, a used condom and a broken-down vehicle led detectives to a 37-year-old man authorities suspect of burglarizing Axdahl's Garden Farm near Stillwater this summer, and sodomizing a goat. The man's whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Nevada Woman Dies After Falling Down Stairs at the Freight House

First responders were called to the Freight House just before midnight on Sept. 29 for a report that a woman had fallen down the stairs that lead to the bathroom.

Man Sent to Prison for Covering Woodbury Woman's Eyes While She Drove Through Stillwater

A 24-year-old St. Paul man was sent to prison after he grabbed a Woodbury woman by the neck in March and then covered her eyes while she was driving through the Stillwater area.

Second Stillwater Man Dies from Injuries at UW-Eau Claire Apartment Fire

Two Stillwater men have died as a result of an apartment fire on Monday morning in Eau Claire, Wis.

According to the Washington County Attorney's Office, the following people made their first appearance recently on felony or gross misdemeanor charges:

  • Todd Allen Rocha, 64, charged with theft by swindle.  
  • Dustin Spencer Casey, 39, of St. Paul, charged with fifth degree drug possession and fleeting a peace officer.  
  • Dale Patrick Spears, Jr., 39, of Cottage Grove, charged with financial transaction card fraud.
  • Sammie Lee Harris, Jr., 43, of St. Paul, charged with domestic abuse and fleeing a peace officer.
  • Kile Raymond Meyers, 19, of St. Paul, charged with fifth degree drug possession.
  • Samuel Peter Wallin, 25, of Gem Lake, charged with fifth degree drug possession. 
  • Tad Montana Becker, 26, of Eagan, charged with violating a no contact order.
  • William David Taylor, 36, of Forest Lake, charged with fifth degree drug possession.
  • Jessica Lynn Quigley, 21, of St. Paul, charged with fifth degree drug possession. 
  • Oshea Ledale Chairse, 20, of St. Paul, charged with aiding and abetting receiving stolen property.
