Police were called about a man who appeared to be smoking marijuana near Bonfire. An officer arrived and saw the suspect vehicle in the lot and noticed what appeared to be a pipe inside. The suspect was found inside the restaurant and admitted to smoking marijuana and driving without a license. He laughed frequently when speaking with the officer and had red and glassy eyes. A small amount of marijuana was destroyed. Management opted to get the man, an employee, a ride home rather than allowing him to work. He was cited and the pipe was taken into evidence.

A Drake Road resident told police she heard her dog barking and came downstairs to find a man in her kitchen. She was startled, and he appeared disoriented and said, “Oh, sorry,” and picked up his shoes and left. She did not get a good description because it was dark inside the home.
