Halloween Havoc? Not In Woodbury

Police report a fairly quiet Oct. 31.

There weren't even reports of pumpkins being smashed.

Having just gone through the incident reports from Halloween night, Police Cmdr. Jay Alberio this morning said Oct. 31 was pretty tame.

"It seems like it was a pretty quiet evening," he said.
