What led up to 2-year-old Isiaiah Theis being found dead in the trunk of a car near Centuria, Wis., Thursday?
John Nagel, chair of the criminal justice program at Globe University-Woodbury, told KSTP-TV about how investigators will proceed in the case:
"Retired Minnesota State Trooper Lt. John Nagel says when you arrive on a scene like this you're relying on the information you get from those who reported the child missing. ...
"'There will be more questions asked now to determine how the child did get in the trunk and who had keys to the trunk and was the trunk locked or not locked, there's a whole host of questions and a different avenue that an individual can pursue now,' said Nagel."
