Man Charged With Using Cell Phone to Spy on Preteens in Woodbury Gap Changing Room

A UW-River Falls hockey player used a cell phone camera to sky on two 11-year-old girls in the changing room at The Gap at Woodbury Lakes last month, according to a Woodbury Bulletin article by Mike Longaecker.

Caleb D. Wolfgram, 24, of Columbus, Minn., was charged with three felonies stemming from the alleged May 23 incident.

From the article:

The complaint states Wolfgram admitted to police that he had used his iPhone the previous day to record the two girls in the changing room and another video shot under the skirt of an adult female. Additional video surveillance from The Gap depicted Wolfgram pointing his phone under the skirt of a 39-year-old woman as she bent over. A forensic search of Wolfgram’s iPhone turned up two blurry images of legs and clothing believed to be those of the adult female shopper, the complaint states.
