Maplewood Man Pleads Guilty to Terrorizing, Assaulting Woodbury Girlfriend

Campbell also choked the woman to near unconsciousness several times during the night and repeatedly threatened to kill her daughter.
The terroristic threats charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Domestic assault by strangulation is punishable by up to three years and a $5,000 fine.
