Restraining Order Application Details Alleged Assault

County Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek's girlfriend wrote a three-page account of the alleged incident that resulted in his arrest May 30.

The woman who Washington County Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek of domestic assault, leading to his May 30 arrest, detailed the alleged incident in an application for an order for protection filed in Washington County District Court.

In the filing, she alleges that Pulkrabek cut off her airway with his forearm, and that she was scared for her life in the alleged incident at the Woodbury townhouse where Pulkrabek lives.

On Monday, the Ramsey County Attorney's Office with the incident, however he could still be charged with a misdemeanor by the Woodbury city attorney.
