Washington County Crime Roundup: March 12-18

Editor's note: The Washington County Crime Roundup includes first appearance dates and sentencings of those charged with felonies and gross misdemeanors and prosecuted by the Washington County Attorney's Office. Those charged with crimes should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Stillwater
  • Matthew Lee Peck, 26, of Byron, was charged March 12 with felony pattern of harassing conduct.
  • Katharin Violet Rund, 29, of Stillwater, was fined $3,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail with a two-year stay of execution for gross misdemeanor child endangerment.
  • Taylor John Fitzenberger, 25, of White Bear Township, was sentenced March 12 to 46 months in prison for second-degree drug possession. 
  • Jamie Michael Iverson, 39, of Somerset, Wis., was sentenced March 12 to 18 months in prison and a five-year stay of execution for violation of a no-contact order within 10 years of two or more similar offenses.
Woodbury
  • Andre Thomas Langlois Holt, 26, of West St. Paul, was charged March 14 with first-degree burglary.
  • Gerald Edward O'Brien, 31, of St. Paul, was sentenced March 8 to 23 months in prison and ordered to pay $4,590 restitution for theft of a motor vehicle.
  • Raymond Thomas Ellsworth, 52, of St. Paul, was sentenced March 12 to 17 months in prison with a five-year stay of execution for check forgery.
Oakdale
  • Yayeng Vang, 49, of St. Paul, was charged March 13 with second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
  • Linda Lor, 19, of Oakdale, was charged March 7 with criminal vehicular homicide and DWI.
  • Shunte Milton Smith, 34, of Minneapolis, was sentenced March 12 to 24 months in prison with a five-year stay of execution for third-degree burglary.
  • Matthew Lee Haase, 26, of Oakdale, was sentenced March 12 to 365 days in jail and fined $3,000 for domestic assault by strangulation.
  • Ty Quay Forsell, 21, of Oakdale, was sentenced March 8 to 10 years probation for first-degree aiding and abetting burglary.
  • Randall Christopher Bryan, 41, of Oakdale, was sentenced March 14 to 21 months in prison for aiding and abetting theft and soliciting juveniles to commit a felony. 
  • Neva Marie Clay, 54, of St. Paul, was sentenced March 12 to 15 months in prison with a five-year stay of execution for check forgery. 
  • Mason Adam Doty, 26, of St. Paul, was sentenced March 7 to 42 months in prison with a seven-year stay of execution for first-degree DWI.
  • Regis Elmer Harper, 26, of Oakdale, was sentenced March 12 to 365 days in jail, with 285 days stayed, for fifth-degree assault.
