From Woodbury

From Stillwater

An 18-year-old Woodbury man faces felony drug charges after he allegedly sold a confidential informant more than 4 grams of cocaine during a controlled buy in Oak Park Heights.

While backing out of a parking space at P.D. Pappy's last weekend, a 92-year-old Stillwater man reportedly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, and crashed into a pair of trucks and a power pole.

From Oakdale

Applications for permits to carry and purchase guns are up significantly in Oakdale and Washington County.

In other reports, someone said a helicopter was flying around erratically, and a vandal caused thousands of dollars worth of pool damage.

According to the Washington County Attorney's Office, the following people made their first appearance recently on felony or gross misdemeanor charges:

  • Clarence Edward Smith, 20, of St. Paul, charged with aiding and abetting simple robbery. 
  • Ace Arthur Collins, 25, of St. Paul, charged with third-degree burglary.
  • Revelle Loving, 25, of Oak Park Heights, charged with three counts of fourth-degree assault of correctional employees.
  • Nathaniel Jon Fritz, 27, of Stillwater, charged with terroristic threats.
  • Rachel Lee Watters, 30, of Houlton, WI, charged with two counts of aiding and abetting check forgery.
  • Ryan Robert Munson, 33, of Stillwater, charged with four counts of aiding and abetting check forgery.
  • Philip James Derks, 30, of St. Paul, charged with motor vehicle theft.
  • Tou Chang, 22, of St. Paul, charged with aiding and abetting first degree property damage and aiding and abetting theft. 
  • Terry Lee Glinnon, 59, of Oakdale, charged with fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. 
  • Anthony Michael Kautz, 19, of Woodbury, charged with second-degree drug sale. 
  • Jesse William Blackstock, 31, of Woodbury, charged with domestic abuse and violation of a no contact order.  
  • Robert John Ennis, 19, of Woodbury, charged with fifth-degree drug possession.
  • Brian James Mehlhorn, 29, of Oakdale, charged with financial transaction card fraud. 
  • Ramon E. Salcedo, 40, of Fridley, charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct. 
  • Wayne Walter Middelstadt, 52, of Eden Prairie, charged with violating a no contact order.
  • Steven Vang, 27, of Oakdale, charged with two counts of terroristic threats. 
  • Jayne Monique Buckley, 32, of River Falls, WI, charged with fugitive from justice from another state. 
  • Jaynnalynn Louise Bjorklund, 22, of Martin Lake, charged with possession of shoplifting gear.
  • Patrick Kelly Behan, 49, of Centerville, charged with aiding and abetting receiving stolen property. 
  • Matthew Douglas Paulson, 27, of Stacy, charged with fifth-degree drug sale.
  • James Robert Berrisford, 46, of Lake Elmo, charged with aiding and abetting theft.
