From Woodbury:

The one-vehicle crash, in which a juvenile female was also injured, occurred at the 5800 block of Sunny Hill Drive in Woodbury at about 4:40 p.m. Thursday.

A man who claimed he was checking out landscaping after a Woodbury resident approached him as he was looking into area vehicles has been charged with one felony burglary count.

William Douglas Wood, 33, faces a felony charge of making terroristic threats and a misdemeanor domestic-assault charge.

A man who police say urinated on himself and was growling and making strange noises in the back of a squad car after being arrested has been hit with a felony drug count.

From Stillwater:

First responders were called to a report of a person down in a pool of blood on Highlands Trail North and 59th Street North. The Washington County Sheriff's Office said they are treating the incident as an apparent suicide.

An Inver Grove Heights woman told police a ring her grandmother made for her, valued at about $25,000, was stolen from a vehicle parked overnight in the 2600 block of Hawthorne Lane.

Three suspects who were wearing what appears to be hooded sweatshirts, masks and gloves reportedly smashed though the front door of Diamonds on Main and stole jewelry, according to police. The case remains under investigation.

From Oakdale:

About $400 worth of items were reportedly stolen in the burglary.

An Oakdale man allegedly assaulted a Lake Elmo couple and damaged their car.

Washington County District Court:

According to the Washington County Attorney's Office, the following people made their first appearance recently on felony or gross misdemeanor charges:

  • Teanna Lynn Emery, 36, of Houlton, WI, charged with endangerment of a child, use of another’s name and date of birth, no Minnesota driver’s license, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and child restraint violation 
  • Brandon Shane Larsen, 30, of Afton, charged with aiding and abetting drugs 
  • Thomas Paul Gleixner, 39, of Hugo, charged with issuing a dishonored check worth more than $500 
  • John Scott Rolfer, 48, charged with theft 
  • William Douglas Wood, 33, of Woodbury, charged with terroristic threats and domestic assault
  • Shawn Michael Morello, 37, of Stacy, charged with check forgery 
  • Richard Leo Stafki, 65, of White Bear Lake, charged with first-degree drug sale  
  • Marion Marie Baca, 26, of St. Paul Park, charged with motor vehicle theft 
  • Gerald Eugene Holmes, 46, of Cottage Grove, charged with arson, first-degree property damage, theft and fifth-degree drug possession
  • Joseph Daryll Hernandez, 29, of St. Paul, charged with violating a no contact order 
  • Richard Charles Greiner, IV, 29, of Forest Lake, charged with third-degree assault 
  • Brandon Michael English, 23, of Oakdale, charged with fifth-degree drug possession 
  • Bruce Alan Young, 32, of Burnsville, charged with fifth-degree drug possession 
  • Tracy Galen Nelson, 51, of Prairie Farm, WI, charged with fifth-degree drug possession 
  • Micah Blue Loukaitis, 38, charged with receiving stolen property 
  • Jason Earl Bubb, 31, of Forest Lake, charged with second-degree drug sale and third-degree drug possession 
  • Judy Lynn Anderson, 52, of Pine City, charged with possession of shoplifting gear and theft 
  • Christopher Lee Berendt, 39, of St. Paul, charged with first-degree burglary 
  • Larry Wayne Leskinen, Jr., 49, of Little Canada, charged with fifth-degree drug possession 
  • Troy Eugene Jelinek, 31, of Cottage Grove, charged with fifth-degree drug possession
