Update: Woodbury Man Arrested for Assault in Party Pummeling

Jacy Campbell Dow, 18, faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A Woodbury teenager was arrested Nov. 5 on felony charges of third-degree assault with substantial bodily harm (Minn. Statute 609.223.1).

The charges stem from an alleged incident in the early morning hours of Nov. 5 in which Jacy Campbell Dow, 18, lured a man to a party, antagonized him and proceeded to beat him up, according to a Washington County criminal complaint filed by the Cottage Grove Police Department.

The victim received two fractures to his orbital eye sockets, a broken cheekbone, a broken nose and broken teeth, according to the complaint.
