Woodbury Man Faces Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges Involving Vulnerable Woman
The alleged incident happened at a group home in December 2012.
Matthew Chicago Dugbe, Sr., 59, was employed part-time at the group home at the time of the alleged assault and resigned the same day, before being questioned by police, according to the criminal complaint.
DNA analysis linked Dugbe to the crime, which allegedly occurred at about midnight on Dec. 14, 2012, the complaint says.
The alleged victim, an adult with cognitive disabilities, first told a worker at the group home about the incident. She said she told him no several times.

When questioned by police on Dec. 14, Dugbe initially said he had been sleeping in a chair the entire night, according to the complaint, and agreed to a buccal swab for DNA testing.
During a Jan. 9 interview with police, however, Dugbe told officers she initiated the sexual contact and he told her no, but did admit to having sex with her, the complaint says.
