A Woodbury woman was sentenced to a year in the Ramsey County workhouse last week for dropping off her mentally disabled 19-year-old daughter at places where she was forced to have sex with men, according to a Star Tribune article by Chad Xiong.
Cheryl Tchida, 51, will serve six months and remain on probation for two years.
From the article:
According to charges filed against Tchida earlier this year: Tchida was the sole guardian for her daughter when the sexual assaults occurred. Tchida dropped her daughter off at a Roseville motel and St. Paul apartment on several occasions over six weeks even though her daughter told her she was being forced to have sex with strange men.
