WCCO-TV ranked 78 Twin Cities-area police departments on the number of speeding tickets per capita issued in 2011. Woodbury ranked 54th.

WCCO-TV ranked 78 Twin Cities-area police departments on the number of speeding tickets per capita issued in 2011.

According to WCCO's numbers, the Woodbury Police Department issued 1,070 speeding tickets in 2011—a per capita breakdown of 0.017.

Meanwhile, the Washington County Sheriff's Office ranked No. 72 of the 78 departments.
