The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed projects during this week’s meeting, set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at City Hall.

The city hopes to begin work in May. Because of the scope of the work, it’s expected to continue throughout the construction season, according to a council memo.
