Woodbury Developers, LLC, is planning to construct two new buildings at the Commerce Hill development, located at the site of the new off Woodbury Drive.

The buildings would likely be occupied by smaller retailers or “-type” restaurants, Picha said, and be constructed mainly of brick, stone and glass.

The council approved the site plans 3-0. (Councilmen Christopher Burns and Paul Rebholz were absent.) The council also unanimously approved a conditional-use permit for the project.
