Council members on Wednesday will briefly discuss the master plan for Bielenberg Gardens, a mixed-use development planned southwest corner of Bailey Road and Radio Drive.

The Woodbury City Council has a fairly small agenda planned for Wednesday night, but it does include discussion of one very large project.

The city is mulling plans for , a mixed-use “urban village” development at the southwest corner of Bailey Road and Radio Drive. Plans call for a retail center and medium- to high-density housing. Features of the proposed development include a green-space network, senior housing, water amenities, office space, a pharmacy, and locations for a fast-food establishment and grocer.

The council is expected to briefly discuss the master plan document and zoning for the site.

“The intent of the 2012 schedule is to maintain rates at 2011 levels or to reduce them in some instances,” according to a council memo. “Peak rate fees would now only apply to Saturday-Sunday before 12 p.m.  Off-peak would now be Monday-Friday and after 12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.”
